1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 62bd platform and all its associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 62bd ("Platform").

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To create and use an account at 62bd, the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
You must register under your own identity — not under someone else's name or with false information.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 62bd Support immediately.
62bd may request identity documents or verification at any time for verification purposes.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Keeping financial transactions at 62bd safe and simple is our priority. The key payment terms are outlined below:

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka), applicable to all payment methods.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Only use a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
In cases of suspicious activity, 62bd may suspend a withdrawal or request verification.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Please be aware of the following terms before using any bonus offers at 62bd:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳26,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Each promotion may have a specific time limit.
If bonus abuse is detected (such as claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts), the account will be cancelled.
62bd reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

62bd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier based on regular activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits apply only subject to the specified conditions. 62bd reserves the right to change the VIP policy.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62bd platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended or cancelled, and legal action may be taken where applicable:

Creating an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
Operating multiple accounts or participating in bonus abuse.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
Playing games using automated bots or software.
Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
Attempting to compromise the platform's systems or security.

7 Gaming Security & Fairness

Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
Account information being exposed to others due to the user's own negligence.
Temporary service outages caused by unexpected technical errors.

62bd always works to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, in unforeseen circumstances, the platform's maximum liability is limited to the valid balance held in the user's account.
